Damaged smartphone

If your smartphone is damaged or a significant portion of the smartphone display is damaged or does not illuminate, your Tandem Mobi pump will continue to deliver basal therapy as programmed so long as there is insulin in your cartridge. If Control-IQ was enabled, it will continue to operate normally. If the Quick Bolus option was enabled, it will remain as an available option for bolus delivery. Once you have replaced the mobile device, all of the therapy settings will sync to the new device as part of the pairing process.
